Emma joined 1M2S after rewarding stints at Paper Magazine in New York, and agency side, working on top accounts such as Marc Jacobs Beauty, Sally Hansen, Sephora and WeWork. Emma’s marketing knack has played a key role in the agency’s skyrocketing growth, and successful US expansion. The #plantpowered PR guru is also spearheading the agency’s shift to a more socially responsible path, growing our list of cruelty free and eco-conscious clients.

Priya launched 1M2S in 2012 and expanded its footprint across MTL, TO and New York. Under Priya’s leadership, the agency has tripled in size and includes a portfolio of top international brands including NIVEA, Pfizer and Marriott Hotels. Priya has built a team of passionate doers by looking for the “Sugar Factor” in all her new hires and continues to weave her passions for diversity, social awareness and female leadership into the fabric of her agency’s DNA.

Ruth oversees the 1M2S PR and Social Media divisions and manages daily operations in the agency’s Toronto office. Drawing on her 15+ years of experience in marketing and public relations, Ruth excels at building integrated strategies that generate meaningful results. Her proven ability to scale new business, foster client relations and expand the skillsets of her fellow Sugars has solidified Ruth as a leader and mentor on the team.

Under Priya’s leadership, 1Milk2Sugars has tripled in size, was named one of Canada’s Fastest-Growing Companies by the Growth List and has attracted a portfolio of flagship brands, including NIVEA, Centrum and Lowes Canada, to its client roster. In 2021, Priya was named Inspirational “Leader of the Year” by Canadian SME Magazine which recognized Priya’s vision for a more diverse digital landscape through the launch of her newest and most purpose-driven venture, double shot.
