To celebrate and kick off the official launch of Tessa Virtue as the first-ever NIVEA Canada Brand Ambassador, we hosted an exclusive & fully-immersive brand event at Malaparte at the TIFF Bell Lightbox. Over 100 top media and influencers in the beauty, skincare, fitness and lifestyle space were invited. In order to secure in-depth coverage with key publications, we offered one-on-one interviews with Tessa. During the interviews, Tessa revealed her excitement about the role as well as her must-have NIVEA skincare essentials.

Our “Break The Ice” theme highlighted Tessa’s recent Gold Medal Olympic Ice Dancing Wins while simultaneously highlighting a shift in brand direction for NIVEA. The event included a first-look at the TVC featuring Tessa, an intimate Q&A and a brand presentation showcasing the new skincare innovations for 2018. With product playstations, a feel-good message exchange donut wall, a branded ice sculpture, along with DJ and lounge, guests enjoyed many social-sharing opportunities.
